End the impunity. Impeach DHS Secretary Kristi Noem!
Petition to the U.S. House:
We urge you to support impeachment efforts for DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, including a full investigation into potentially unlawful acts as the head of ICE, CBP, and FEMA.
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem is leading violent ICE raids and federal invasions in cities across the country.
Rep. Delia Ramirez called Noem’s attacks an “unaccountable, unlawful, unconstitutional war” on the people. Federal agents act with complete impunity under Trump’s authoritarian regime and Noem’s leadership. “This is a force of terror,” Rep. Ramirez added.1
Democrats, including Rep. Ramirez, are demanding a full investigation into Noem’s law-breaking and corruption.2,3 Congress must hold the head of DHS accountable immediately.

Under Noem’s leadership, federal agents march through the streets, target people based on race, and desperately try to meet Stephen Miller’s deportation quotas. They storm apartment buildings, restaurants, schools, and car washes. They execute unconstitutional deportations, including sending over a hundred people to El Salvador’s infamous torture prison, CECOT.4
Noem is also at the center of a corruption controversy at DHS. Noem has ties to a firm that profited from a $220 million DHS marketing campaign as a secret subcontractor. Democrats are accusing Noem of lining her friends’ pockets with taxpayer dollars.5
At FEMA, Noem slowed down disaster response times to implement DOGE cost-cutting measures, which could have cost lives during Texas floods earlier this year.6
More House members must get behind a full investigation into Noem’s failures and abuse of power.
