A leaked DOJ memo shows that Pam Bondi is compiling a list of organizations who oppose Trump’s worldview and labeling these groups as "domestic terrorists."¹

The directive stems from the dangerous NSPM-7 memo, which weaponizes the entire Trump regime to persecute political opponents. Both Bondi’s "domestic terrorism" memo and NSPM-7 call for the federal government to target those who hold so-called "extreme viewpoints on immigration, radical gender ideology, and anti-American sentiment."² In other words, Trump wants to silence dissent.

Congress must take immediate action to end these broad attacks on the First Amendment right to protest.

NSPM-7, also called the "Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence" memo, is described by the ACLU as a "fever dream of conspiracies."³

Bondi’s memo calls for a special task force to target organizations, investigate them under NSPM-7, and "root out all culpable participants — including organizers and funders — in all domestic terrorism activities."⁴

The Trump regime is expanding its dragnet of tracking, monitoring, and punishment. It’s an all-out push to criminalize speech and throw dissenters in prison. Congress must protect our constitutional rights and civil liberties before it’s too late.
