    Block Trump's ballroom, keep his face off Mount Rushmore, and stop all attempts to remake America in his authoritarian image!

    Petition to Congress:
    We urge you to support bills to keep the president's signature off of U.S. currency and keep his name off of federal buildings, and to oppose legislation to put the president's face on currency and Mount Rushmore. We urge you to block the construction of the White House ballroom and other wasteful, self-serving Trump administration projects.

    Trump has his MAGA July 4th weekend celebration in motion. His Mount Rushmore speech comes after his loyalists in Congress called for Trump's face to be added and "immortalized" on the monument.1

    Trump's planned "really long" speech will push D.C.'s fireworks late into the night, once his Air Force One "palace in the sky" gift from Qatar leads a 17-aircraft flyover.2,3 In the background, Trump is rapidly building his White House ballroom to "outrun" legal cases pending in the courts.4

    And he's planning to spend a whopping $400 million in taxpayer money on the ballroom after promising to privately fund the whole thing.5 Trump is trying to remake America in his right-wing image, but our elected leaders must stop his wasteful, anti-democratic actions.

    Trump cemented over the historic Rose Garden, then took a wrecking ball to the East Wing of the White House. He hosted a giant military parade on his birthday and put a UFC fight on the White House lawn.

    Whether it’s illegally slapping his name on the Kennedy Center or his allies pushing to get his face on a $250 bill and his name on airports, Trump is making it a top priority to stamp his far-right ideology all over America's history, landmarks, and institutions.6,7 And he's wasting taxpayer money to do it.

    Congress must investigate and end Trump's anti-democratic projects right away.
