Block Trump's ballroom, keep his face off currency, and stop all attempts to remake America in his authoritarian image!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to support bills to keep the president's signature off of U.S. currency and keep his name off of federal buildings, and to oppose legislation to put the president's face on currency. We urge you to block the construction of the White House ballroom and other wasteful, self-serving Trump administration projects.
Trump held his wasteful birthday UFC fight night on the White House lawn last night. It's a glaring example of Trump's destructive, expensive authoritarian pet projects.
After destroying the East Wing of the White House and cementing over the Rose Garden, Trump is rushing his corrupt gold-plated ballroom project forward. There are ongoing legal cases to stop the project but Trump is trying to "outrun courts by building the ballroom fast."1
Trump loyalists are also trying to pass legislation to put his face on a $250 bill.2 Trump is slapping his name, face, and renovations all over the nation. He's trying to put his MAGA stamp on America, but our lawmakers must say NO.

Trump's sycophants put his name on the Kennedy Center, printed his face on U.S. passports, draped his face on a giant banner over the Department of Justice, and now want his face AND signature plastered on American currency.3,4,5
Finally, a judge forced the Trump administration to reverse the illegal Kennedy Center name change.6 But Trump thinks if he builds his ballroom fast enough, the courts won't be able to do anything about it.
Trump and his loyalists also put on a strongman's military parade and tried to get Trump on Mount Rushmore, airports, train stations, federal buildings, and national landmarks.7
Congress must act now to stop Trump's dangerous, anti-democratic self-glorification.
