Musk, the richest man in the world, shouldn't be in charge of federal spending cuts!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to oppose the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency.
Elon Musk just became the first person to surpass $400 billion in net worth.1 The richest man in the world should not be in charge of devastating spending cuts that will hurt everyday Americans.
As head of Trump’s new “Department of Government Efficiency” (DOGE), Musk will get to slash Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, veteran’s benefits, public education, and so much more — all while he’s on pace to become the world’s first trillionaire.2 The rich will get richer while everyone else suffers unless Congress stops this reckless right-wing project.
Sign the petition: Stop Musk’s devastating DOGE cuts! We must protect Social Security, Medicare, and other critical government programs.
Musk created and funded a super PAC in support of Donald Trump. And Musk’s net worth roughly DOUBLED this year.3
He is promising to create “hardship” for people through his spending cuts4 — but not hardship for everyone. Millionaires and billionaires won’t suffer, but working people, seniors reliant on the social safety net, public school teachers, people on Medicaid, and so many others will experience hardship.
Musk should not have so much power in our political system and Congress must stop his dangerous reign at DOGE.
Sign the petition: Urge leaders to stand against Musk’s disastrous “Department of Government Efficiency.”
