End ICE violence, shut down DHS prisons, and hold the Trump administration accountable!

    Petition to Congress:
We urge you to investigate and shut down abusive ICE detention centers and end DHS detention of children. We urge you to hold ICE accountable for breaking the law and committing violence across the country.

Trump's far-right ICE security forces are arresting more people than ever.1

Stephen Miller is personally rushing forward the deportation of children.2 The administration is disappearing people that they schedule for deportation, lawyers and families no longer able to find where their clients and loved ones are.3 ICE is arresting people at school bus stops, then throwing them in horrific DHS prisons.4

Our lawmakers must act to end these rampant ICE abuses at the center of Trump's racist, hate-filled mass deportations machine.

The Supreme Court will hear a case challenging Trump's draconian "mandatory detention" policy that keeps immigrants locked up as their cases work through the court system.5

The United Nations is challenging another one of Trump's cruel and inhumane policies — deporting immigrants to countries where they have zero community or connections. The UN has declared these "third party" country deportations a violation of human rights.6

From international airports to convenience stores to school bus stops, ICE is hunting people down and tearing families apart. Congress must stop Trump and Miller's arrest and deportation regime.
