Force Trump's DOJ to release the Epstein files!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to support and vote Yes on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.
Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie are leading the charge to force Trump to finally release the full Epstein files and hold Attorney General Todd Blanche accountable if the administration refuses to abide by the law.1
Last year, Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act requiring Trump's Department of Justice (DOJ) to release the trove of government documents on Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring. Nearly a year later, Trump has refused to follow the law and release all of the documents.
Reps. Khanna, Massie, and a bipartisan group of lawmakers have introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II to require the release of 3 million documents on Epstein's crimes and accomplices, and give survivors the right to sue Blanche if he fails to comply.2

"At Trump’s bidding, the Department of Justice’s highest-ranking officials continue to break the law, denying justice to Jeffrey Epstein’s victims with an unprecedented cover-up of the abuse of our most vulnerable," said Senator Jeff Merkley, one of the lead sponsors of the bill in the Senate.3
Reps. Khanna and Massie forced a House vote on the first Epstein files bill after helping to build a public consensus around the importance of a full public accounting of Epstein's crimes. This campaign led to the bipartisan passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a major victory for survivors. Now, they're using the same tactics to force a vote on this critical next piece of legislation.4
Congress must follow through on the promise of releasing the full Epstein files NOW!
