Tell Congress to stop ICE from imprisoning children
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to investigate and shut down abusive ICE detention centers and end DHS detention of children. We urge you to hold ICE accountable for breaking the law and committing violence across the country.
In the first 14 months of Trump's second term, ICE detained over 6,200 kids.1 Some of those children ended up in horrific ICE prisons rife with abuse, violence, and horrid living conditions.
Now, Stephen Miller is trying to deport as many children as he can, as quickly as possible. It's cruel. It's racist. And it's devastating for so many kids and families.2
Trump and Miller are targeting a vulnerable population of undocumented children and subjecting them to inhumane treatment driven by right-wing hatred. Congress must end these ICE abuses.

Trump and his far-right security forces have created an authoritarian network of policing, detention, and deportation. Record numbers of ICE detainees have died while in custody — even as Trump obscures the true number of deaths in DHS prisons.3,4
"Instead of protecting kids from human trafficking or helping them reunite with family, Trump and officials at HHS and DHS are violating children's rights and flouting federal law to hit quotas and satisfy their ideological crusade against immigrants," said Senator Ron Wyden. "The result is significant harm and trauma to innocent children."5
Congress must protect children from Trump, Miller, and ICE's violent mass deportations.
