    Impeach Clarence Thomas!

    Petition to Congress:
I urge you to impeach Clarence Thomas given his mountain of ethics scandals.

How can you earn money from a company that closed down? I’m not sure, but Clarence Thomas has some explaining to do. Yes, it’s another Clarence Thomas scandal.

For the last two decades, Thomas has reported $50K - $100K per year in rental income from a company that shut down in 2006.1 Yes, something’s not right.

This comes on the heels of news that, for two decades, Thomas reportedly accepted luxury trips virtually every year from billionaire Crow without disclosing them.2 The undisclosed luxury trips break the law, according to experts.3 If Congress doesn’t hold Thomas accountable, no one will — and he’ll serve on the nation’s highest court for the rest of his life.

When we talk about Clarence Thomas ethics issues, we’re not talking about minor, isolated incidents. To describe Thomas’s string of behaviors that likely broke the law, experts and retired judges have used words like INCOMPREHENSIBLE, HIDING, VIOLATION, and CORRODES PUBLIC TRUST.4,5

Clarence Thomas doesn’t belong on the Supreme Court. The myriad of ethics scandals speak for themselves. Including Thomas’ refusal to recuse himself from cases involving Trump and the 2020 election even after his wife, Ginni Thomas, was found to have connections with attempts to overturn election results.6

The Supreme Court should be free of ethics concerns. And Clarence Thomas has a mountain of ethics problems surrounding him. It’s time to impeach.
