Tell Congress to choose the people over Big Telecom — save Net Neutrality!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to pass legislation to codify Net Neutrality.
Last week, a federal court struck down Net Neutrality rules that prevent Big Telecom companies from throttling or blocking web access.1 This ruling gives enormous power to internet service providers like Verizon, Comcast, and AT&T, and hurts consumers and workers who rely on the internet.
Americans want an open and free internet, while Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, and the Trump administration want to gate it off for the benefit of wealthiest corporations.
Congress must take action now and stand up to Big Telecom and its allies in the Trump White House.

The Obama administration instituted Net Neutrality rules to ensure that Big Telecom couldn’t charge consumers more for certain websites or degrade service. The first Trump administration repealed the rule before President Biden’s Federal Communications Commission (FCC) brought back the critical policy. The new court ruling could be the end of fair internet access, unless Congress protects Net Neutrality.2
Trump’s choice for FCC commissioner, Brandon Carr, said that he was “pleased” with the ruling and pledged that “the work to unwind the Biden administration’s regulatory overreach will continue.”3
The internet is under threat and we need our representatives in Congress to save Net Neutrality.
