Block Trump's dangerous FCC agenda — save Net Neutrality!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to pass legislation to codify Net Neutrality.
Trump’s war against reliable, trustworthy media started when he first ran for president. Now, Trump’s Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chair, Brendan Carr, is going after ABC, NBC, and CBS for so-called bias against Trump.1
Trump’s FCC will do everything it can to attack the media and internet freedom.
Even before taking office, Trump (and Big Telecom companies like Comcast and Verizon) got a big win when a federal court struck down Net Neutrality rules that prevent internet service providers from throttling or blocking web access.2 Trump led the undoing of Net Neutrality — now we need Congress to take action before Big Telecom starts restricting a free and open internet.

Biden’s former FCC Chair, Jessica Rosenworcel, said the "threat to the First Amendment has taken on new forms, as the incoming President has called on the Federal Communications Commission to revoke licenses for broadcast television stations because he disagrees with their content and coverage."3
Fair news coverage is under attack. Internet freedom is under attack.
Carr even said that he was “pleased” with the federal Net Neutrality ruling and pledged that “the work to unwind the Biden administration’s regulatory overreach will continue.”4
The ruling gives enormous power to internet service providers like Verizon, Comcast, and AT&T, and hurts consumers and workers who rely on the internet. Congress must take action now and stand up to Trump’s attacks on the media and internet freedom.
