No more taxpayer dollars for ICE!

    Petition to Congress:
We urge you to oppose all funding for ICE. No more taxpayer dollars should go towards fueling ICE violence and inhumane, abusive ICE detention centers.

Trump and Congressional Republicans are trying to pass another "historic" funding bill for ICE — handing over billions more in taxpayer dollars for Trump's far-right security forces.1

Congress gave ICE $75 billion last year, which is why the agency has been able to keep its violent operations going without additional funding this year.2 The Department of Homeland Security is even enacting its plan to spend $38 billion turning warehouses into mega ICE prisons.3

Trump set a June 1 deadline for this funding bill.4 Congress must deny ICE billions in additional tax dollars and stop the agency's expanding, lawless arrest, detention, and deportation program.

Trump has sent ICE to terrorize city after city, attack people, kill people, and spread fear. ICE set a record this year for the highest number of people imprisoned in its abusive, inhumane detention centers at one time: over 73,000 people.5

Republicans will try to get ICE funding passed at all costs, so we must pressure all of our lawmakers to oppose funding for violent mass deportations.
