Block Trump and Stephen Miller's NSPM-7 crusade against free speech and dissent!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to stop the federal government’s targeted persecution of people and organizations exercising their First Amendment rights to protest. We urge you to oppose the persecution called for under NSPM-7, reject increased funding for counterterrorism initiatives to carry out NSPM-7, and loudly denounce the prison sentences for protesters in Prairieland and charges against Minneapolis area activists.
The Trump administration held a meeting last month to celebrate its campaign of all-out persecution against those who disagree with its far-right agenda. Stephen Miller called protesters "political terrorists." Marco Rubio labeled Trump's ideological opponents as "enemies of civilization."1
The Department of Justice used Trump's authoritarian NSPM-7 — an overly broad national security memo designed to label any political dissent as "terrorism" — to send ICE protesters in Texas to prison for decades and charge activists in Minneapolis.2,3
Trump, Miller, Rubio, and Kash Patel have a coordinated plan and command center for hunting down their political enemies. Congress must reverse the damage of NSPM-7 and stop these totalitarian prosecutions.

Trump and Kash Patel's FBI-led NSPM-7 effort is tasked with proactively identifying "domestic terrorists," vaguely defined as anyone holding "extremist" positions on race, gender or migration, expressing views hostile to "traditional American" families or religion, or showing support for "anti-capitalism."4
Trump's DOJ weaponized NSPM-7 to prosecute the Texas ICE protesters on trumped up, outlandish charges of "domestic terrorism." Some now face 30 - 50 year prison sentences for simply being associated with a protest against mass deportations.5
The White House is setting a dangerous precedent with these draconian sentences and fascistic speeches on hunting down people who oppose Trump. Locking people up for protest and dissent is a clear marker of a dictatorship.
Congress must stand up to Trump’s regime NOW and protect our fundamental rights.
Sign the petition: Condemn Trump's political prosecutions and end NSPM-7.
