    Tell your U.S. Representative to stop Trump’s war on Iran!

    Petition to Congress:
    We urge you to pass a War Powers Resolution to end Trump’s war in Iran.

    The U.S.-Israeli war of aggression has killed over 1,000 people in Iran.1 Six U.S. service members are dead. The State Department and Donald Trump have stranded Americans in the war zone he created across the entire Middle East. Trump is pledging to escalate airstrikes, which will cause even more needless carnage throughout Iran.

    Yet, 53 U.S. Senators just rubber-stamped Trump's unconstitutional, unnecessary war.2

    The U.S. House can still vote today to end this war and put pressure on Senators to change course. Congress must block Trump's lawless bombing campaign and prevent endless war in the Middle East.

    “This illegal war is based on lies,” said Senator Elizabeth Warren this week. “And it was launched without any imminent threat to our nation.”3

    The Trump administration has offered different versions of faulty, baseless claims for why it continues pummeling Iran. The war continues to expand with missiles flying across the region and Israel invading southern Lebanon.4

    The House could vote to stop Trump by passing the war powers resolution introduced by Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie today, but some Democrats introduced a competing measure to sabotage this effort and give Trump a month to continue waging this depraved war.5

    The American people oppose this war. 53 Senators turned their backs on their constituents and the Constitution. Our U.S. representatives must chart a different path and end this war.
