We urge you to instead SUPPORT the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act (H.R. 6750).
H.R. 6611 — also known as the FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act of 2023 — sounds innocuous on the surface. But it contains the single biggest expansion of mass-surveillance since The Patriot Act in 2001. And the bill could be voted on as early as tomorrow.
We cannot allow this disastrous legislation to ever see the light of day. If passed, it will give the government unprecedented power to harvest private communications from an untold number of small, medium, and large businesses around the country.
