Force a vote to release the Epstein files!
Petition to the U.S. House:
We urge you to sign the discharge petition to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files, and to vote to release the files when the measure comes to the House floor.
No matter what Speaker Johnson says, his refusal to swear in newly elected Democrat Adelita Grijalva to the House is a shocking rebuke of the Constitution and the people of Arizona’s 7th Congressional District. It’s also another bogus tactic holding back a vote on releasing the Epstein files, since Grijalva would be the majority-clinching signature forcing a vote on releasing the files.
Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego accused Johnson of wanting to “cover up for pedophiles on the Epstein list.”1
Johnson didn’t delay when two Republicans won their special elections earlier this year — he swore them in the very next day.2 The House must pressure Johnson to seat Grijalva, force a vote, and release the Epstein files!
Sign the petition: Don’t let Johnson continue to delay. Force a House vote to release the Epstein files!
Last week, Arizona filed a lawsuit against the U.S. House over Johnson’s refusal to seat Grijalva, the representative for AZ’s 7th Congressional District.3 Even some Republicans are now calling on Johnson to follow the Constitution and seat the representative.4
Johnson knows that a vote to force the release of government information about the crimes and accomplices of convicted child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein could do major damage to Trump and his powerful friends.
We must ensure our lawmakers hold Johnson and Trump accountable to the public — they must swear-in Grijalva now and force a vote on releasing the Epstein files!
