    196 congressional Democrats filed a lawsuit to hold Trump accountable to the Constitution. This is history in the making. Never before has so many members of Congress filed a lawsuit against a sitting president. And with good reason – we’ve never had a president who has taken payments from foreign governments through a massive business enterprise.

    By not divesting himself from his business empire, and letting foreign governments grease his palms with payments to the Trump Organization, Donald Trump is violating the Constitution. Now Democrats are holding him accountable.
