    Stop Trump's illegal mass deportations!

    Petition to Congress:
We urge you to call for an end to mass deportations, the illegal imprisonment of legal residents, and the deportation of U.S. citizens. The recent deportation of three children who are U.S. citizens is another alarming, illegal action of this administration.

The Trump administration is defying federal court orders and the rule of law in pursuit of its mass deportations policy. ICE is detaining people for no valid reason and imprisoning legal U.S. residents hundreds of miles from their families. And now, the Trump admin is deporting children who are U.S. citizens.1

“It is illegal and unconstitutional to deport, detain for deportation, or recommend deportation of a U.S. citizen,” one judge said in a case involving one of the children.2 Trump is ignoring court proceedings and due process to deport children, even one 4-year old receiving treatment for cancer.3 Congress must step in and save people from Trump’s cruel and illegal deportations.

Sign the petition: End Trump’s devastating mass deportations and save the children targeted by ICE.

The administration is even trying to deny what every reliable news network is reporting — that these children were deported by Trump’s henchmen.

Immigration lawyers are speaking out about how quickly the children were deported and the immense pressure the children’s parents must’ve been under in ICE detention.4 A mother of one of the children had a court hearing in the U.S. set for May 16 and was still deported.5

These children’s cases, and the cases of their families, are another alarming sign that Trump is moving his extreme, punishing actions forward no matter what. Will lawmakers stand up for the Constitution and the people suffering under Trump’s rule?
