Block Trump's extreme mail voting restrictions!
Petition to Congress:
We urge you to protect mail voting and state voter data, with measures including the Absentee and Mail Voter Protection Act. You must reject all versions of the SAVE America Act, the SAVE Act, and other voter suppression measures. These policies are a threat to our voting rights and our democracy.
The postal service is preparing to implement Trump's extreme executive order on mail voting. The USPS is planning to reject ballots from any state that refuses to hand over state election data to Trump's Department of Homeland Security.1
“Nobody has ever done anything like this,” said one election law expert on Trump's attempt to build out a national voter database. Trump's attempt to consolidate voter data has shocked voting rights advocates and raised questions about how Trump could weaponize his right-wing conspiracies to rig the midterms.2
This is a voting rights emergency, and our lawmakers must immediately act to stop Trump's dangerous election measures.

23 states and D.C. are challenging Trump's order in court. Maine's Secretary of State, who is supporting the lawsuit, said that if courts uphold the measure, there will be a "virtual elimination of mail-in voting, unless the states supply voter lists to the federal government."3
Trump baselessly claimed that the latest California elections were "rigged" and repeated his lie that the 2020 elections were stolen from him. When challenged to provide evidence during a Meet the Press interview, Trump called the elections "crooked" before storming out.4
Congress must urgently safeguard mail voting in America.
