Vote NO today to block Trump's warrantless spying on Americans in the Senate!

    Petition to the U.S. Senate:
We urge you to oppose any bill to reauthorize FISA surveillance unless it closes the data broker and backdoor search loopholes.

Last night, the House advanced Trump and Stephen Miller's bill to extend warrantless government surveillance of Americans.1

Our last chance to stop this massive invasion of our privacy could be TODAY in the Senate. Lawmakers must protect our civil liberties and pass critical reforms to Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that rein in government spying.

Sign the petition: Tell your Senators to vote NO on Trump's warrantless government spying bill TODAY.

Demand Progress has led a large, bipartisan coalition to close loopholes that the Trump administration abuses to look through our online communications and location data.

We can still stop Trump's plan and win critical privacy protections, but we need to ramp up pressure on the Senate immediately. Senators who champion privacy rights in both parties are ready to stop this reckless giveaway to the surveillance state, but we need them and every other Senator to hear from their constituents immediately.

Sign the petition: Vote NO on Trump and Stephen Miller's warrantless spying bill.
